Ingredients:
- 200g udon noodles
- 100g beef, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups broth (beef or vegetable)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the udon noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
3. In a pan, stir-fry the sliced beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is cooked through and onions are softened.
4. Add the broth to the pan and bring to a simmer, then stir in the peanut sauce mixture until well combined.
5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until heated through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
